Details of ISON XPERIENCES Job Positions 2019

The primary role of this position is to work closely with the respective stakeholders to ensure implementation of HR processes and procedures at the respective location including ensuring HR compliance and risk management. This will include participating in creating policy and process documents; communication, monitoring and reporting on Corporate initiated projects.

Key Performance Indicators

1) Drive the HR Functional Objectives at the location level.

2) Communicate and implement iSON HR policies and processes at the location and ensures strict adherence to the same.

3) Ensures compliance with HR processes and procedures at the location.

4) Oversee entire Human Resource Operations at all sites at the location.

5) Promote and work closely with Skills Development to drive L & D initiatives at the location

6) Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing; and disbursement of payroll related payments e.g. bank transfers, submission of statutory deductions.

7) Oversee and drive Employee Welfare initiatives.

8) Ensure statutory compliance by the location.

9) Maintain good Employee Relations.

10) Ensure Employee Satisfaction Surveys are conducted on a regular basis.

11) Drive Corporate Social Responsibility recruitment initiative

12) Ensure Employee Engagement activities are carried out in line with monthly employee engagement calendar and budget.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

a) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification

b) At least 8 years’ experience in an HR management role preferably gained in BPO / shared services

c) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management

d) Must be highly organized, keen attention to detail and goal oriented

e) Good at preparing and analyzing data

f) Demonstrated experience in handling multiple projects

g) Excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel and Power point

h) Excellent understanding of Zambia Labour Laws

i) Experience in driving Performance Management process

j) Ability to maintain confidentiality of information

k) Demonstrates a sound work ethic, and is consistent and fair in making decisions

l) Must be a current member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
