Reports to: Finance Manager who reports to the CEO
Responsibility: Preparation of company financial and Management accounts.
Duties:
Completing financial reports on a regular basis.
Completing bank reconciliations
Preparing primary financial documents.
Management of appropriate software programs
Managing company ledgers
Coordinating internal and external audits
Verification of account balances
Preparation of Budgets, management accounts including Budget variance
Maintaining the asset register
Reporting on debtors and creditors
Handling accruals and prepayments
Managing data processing and reviewing the computer reports
Other duties assigned by the company management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Data Entry; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Skills with Microsoft Office; Detail-Oriented; strong Organisation skills; Organised; Timely; Competent IT Skills; Strong Bookkeeping Skills; Knowledge of Business Math; Understanding of Budgetary Principles; Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills; Fast learner, work with minimal supervision
- Accounting Qualification preferably CIMA, ACCA, must be a registered Member of ZICA
Added Advantage: - SAP Accounting package
- Below the age of 30
