Our client, an outsourcing company, is looking for an account executive. The Account Executive will be in charge of managing outsourced MSS employees and keeping them engaged with our services by cultivating relationships
Responsibilities
- Regular visits to our outsourced employees and ensuring that they are engaged
- Swiftly attending to employee’s needs, queries and any issues raised by them
- Manage exit interview and report to the client
- Identifying areas of improvement and advise MSS management accordingly
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned employees
- Update and review employee contracts to ensure that we are aligned with the law
- Ensuring new employees fully understand the contract before signing
To be considered for this position, you must hold a degree or diploma in any field, and have some experience in account management, sales or human resources. Additionally, you must be a good listener, proactive, and have strong personal responsibility.
