- General Supervision of employees in the region.

- Ensuring the cleanliness & hygiene of all the butcheries in the region.
- Compiling daily sales reports for all the outlets in the region.
- Administration of payroll for all employees in the region.

- Open to travel on a regular basis
- A Clean Manual Drivers License
Education Background
- Good acumen to figures/ accounting background
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma/ degree in any business related field
- At least four years experience in butchery retail/ sales distribution management
