Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing professional help to the guests, through listening to their needs and requests; and making recommendations of alternative products.
- Doing whatever it takes to ensure that the guest is provided with the products requested; if not available in the shop, make arrangements with the warehouse, consult fellow shop Team leaders and following up with the guests via phone, text or whatsApp.
- Ensuring that the floors are swept and mopped clean.
- Ensuring that all the shelves and products are dusted daily.
- Displaying products in neat and appealing way. Creativity is required here to provide amazing displays.
- Maintaining records in the shop.
Requirements:
- Must have a 1st Degree and must be of high integrity.
- Must be between 23 and 27 years old.
- Customer care training will be an added advantage.
- This job requires someone who enjoys being on their feet, talking to clients and has the ability to multitask.
