Details of Malabar Hospitality Limited Job Positions 2019

Malabar Village a Multicuisine Restaurant & Bar offering outstanding Quality food and beverages to our esteemed customers is looking for a dynamic individual, detail oriented with good interpersonal skills to fill the position of Accounts Assistant.

Main Duties

• Prepare and raise payment to suppliers.
• Reconcile supplier and custmer accounts.
• Reconciling of all company expenditure.
• Making all and necessary entries in the cash book
• Ensuring all company payments are captured on provided templates and in Sage 300.
• Accurate recording of POS receipts in Sage 300 and provided excel templates.
•  Preparation of monthly returns for NAPSA and ZRA.
• Prepare month-end payroll and all necessary deductions.
• Daily banking of cash up’s.
• Coordination of all banking requirements.
• Maintaining proper filling of all source documents.

Qualifications

• Grade twelve school certificate or General Certificate of Education (GCE) equivalent.
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA Level 2 and any other Related courses.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft and excel.

• Ability to provide feedback on frequent basis to supervisor
