RDG Zambia is looking for a highly motivated Administrative Executive with a passion for renewable energy and rural financial inclusion to join the Lusaka team. The role requires managing the day-to-day operations of the RDG Service Center located in Lusaka, Mkushi  & Solwezi. They will join a team with an ambitious agenda to deliver performance across critical business functions, ensuring efficient operations that maximum customer and employee satisfaction.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Administrative Executive is responsible for a wide range of duties, such as customer inquiries, providing support by overseeing and facilitating stock management, monitoring & reporting on admin expenditures, and general office services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates and maintains office stock records.
  • Record repossessed and faulty units and share reports with the Stock department weekly.
  • Sending off all stock kept for more than 30 days back to HQ weekly.
  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist with daily inquiries
  • Accounts for and maintains an expense record for all administration-related expenses.
  • Maintains an updated filing system for all administration-related matters.
  • Ensures office equipment such as a printer(s); copiers are maintained in good order.
  • Manages, coordinates, and monitors the general maintenance and repair of facilities.
  • Coordinates and manages the workplace; in addition to ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained.
  • Maintains and tracks office inventory; tracks stock levels and places orders as required.
  • Prepares monthly administration reports.
  • Ensure adherence to the administrative policies and procedures

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • High level of confidence and ability to establish communication with others.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • ·Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision.
