Details of The Judiciary Vacancy Positions & How to Apply.
The Judiciary is an arm of Government established under Part VIII of the Constitution (Amendment) No. 2 of 2016. Its mission is “To administer justice to all in an independent, impartial, competent and timely manner”. In order to improve service delivery, the Judiciary is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following vacancies.
Senior Human Resource Management Officer: JSS 08 Salary Scale X 1 Position (Annual Basic Salary of K 104,113.08), to be based in Lusaka Province.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be required to report to the Chief Human Resource Management Ollicer and will be responsible for the following duties:
i. Supervising and undertaking effectively the recruitment processes in order to facilitate the identification and selection of appropriate candidates;
ii. Supervising and undertaking effectively the placement of staff’in order to facilitate filling of vacancies;
iii. Supervising and undertaking accurately interpretation and implementation of conditions of service in order to maintain consistency in their application;
iv. Undertaking accurately the preparation of minutes for the meetings of the bargaining unit in order to facilitate the recording of proceedings:
v. Undertaking timely the verification of payroll inputs in order to ensure their accuracy:
vi. Undertaking accurately the preparation of minutes of the Disciplinary Committee in order to facilitate the recording of proceedings:
vii. Supervising and undertakes effectively the processing of separation in order to ensure smooth exit of employees, and
viii. Undertaking effectively stall wellness programmes in order to promote the holistic wellbeing of members of staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Primary/Secondary Education
- Full form V/Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 O’levels including English
- Minimum Vocational/Professional Qualifications
- Degree in Public Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Minimum Relevant Pre-Job Experience
- 3 years work experience
