Marketing:
- Prepare documentation and send it to senior staff member to review and approve prior to circulation or distribution.
- Maintain an awareness of company products and relevant sales techniques to ensure that sales of the whole organisation are carried out as effectively as possible.
- Keep above-the-line marketing activities organised with time frames and budgets.
- Maintain key support for all FB/LI/TW website messages and incoming and outgoing communication.
- Track marketing feedback data and the number of leads generated.
- Update and/or create marketing and communication collateral for new products.
- Follow and improve the system for managing all marketing and communication collateral.
- Create and post content on to Website Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Create and distribute an email newsletter, to be approved by Department Manager or MD, to the email database.
Business Development:
- Locate or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring business opportunities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Implement operational strategies as per the company’s Strategic Business Plan.
- To capture, assess and oversee implementation of new ideas in the department.
- Agree on external providers, both individual staff and companies who provide specialist services.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
- Enhance organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Undertake marketing to offer best exposure to the services on offer.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and expansion in market by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers across all services.
- Coordinate sales effort with other departments/staff.
- Represent the company at industry associations and outside committees.
- Any and all other tasks or responsibilities as requested.
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, commerce
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

- Creative in design of marketing collateral
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Negotiating Skills.

- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Publisher)
- Strong report writing and record keeping ability
