Details of Fortune Warehousing Job Positions 2019
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Honest
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Sober minded and work well under pressure
- Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, SAGE etc. ( SAGE a must)
- Fast learner and ability to work well in teams
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Keeps Time
- Fluent in English and Local languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive orders from the stores(franchisees)
- Process orders, route and monitor shipment.
- Provide reports to customers and supervisors
- Maintain and update computer data base
- Answer questions and resolve customer issues
- Process Quote and send to Stores for approval
- Process invoice to the store
- Coordinate Deliveries to the stores with Dispatch
- Communicate with the stores on Delivery schedule, OOS items, Alternative stock items.
- Check ordering pattern when orders are sent against usage and Stock on hand before quoting and consult with Warehouse stock Controller
- Provide information to Stock controller on low stock items or OOS.
- Input and reconcile freight bills as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Education and Experience
- Grade 12 or higher tertiary certificate
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position with accounts background will be an added advantage
