BOARDING MASTER – CHILANGA CAMPUS
Great North Road Academy, an ever-growing institution of primary and secondary learning is seeking a Boarding Master to join a team of committed and professional workforce.
The Master will be responsible to Head of Boarding Section of our Chilanga Campus and insure a smooth running of the Campus.
The Ideal MUST;
- be able to manage the boarding establishment – pupils, teachers and parents
- be an excellent role model
- have excellent management and organisational skills
- excellent inter-personal and communication skills with pupils, parents and staff
- have a high level of self-motivation
- have the ability to work under pressure
- resilience, flexibility, energy and enthusiasm for solving problems and being innovative
- have the ability to work respectfully with staff, parents and students in a school environment
- be understanding of the additional hours and time needed when working in a boarding establishment
- have a teaching experience
