The successful candidate will report to the People Business Partner and will be mainly responsible for the following:
- Maintain and calibrate equipment
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
- Prepare samples
- Conduct analyses

This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following requirements:-
- Diploma in sciences or Food Technology or equivalent
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Food Technology with Maltings qualification
- 2-3 months on the job training
- 3-6 months on the job training
- 1-2 years as a Laboratory Technicians
- Statistical techniques
- Computer skills (excel, word)
- Accuracy
- Tolerant to routine
- Efficiency
- Hardworking
- Self-respect and respect for others
