STATION: National Museums Board Secretariat
PURPOSE:Â To plan, facilitate and co-ordinate all secretarial duties allocated to the officer to enhance performance.
MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Grade 12 Full School Certificate or its equivalent
MINIMUM VOCATIONAUPROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Secretarial studies with 80/45 words per minute in Shorthand/Typewriting speeds.
PRE-JOB EXPERIENCE
- 3 years working experience
AGE: between 25 and 40 years
