Position: Bakery Production Manager
Job purpose
To technically manage, supervise and control bakery production processes and ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
Qualifications, education/knowledge/technical skills and experience.
- Diploma or better Production Management (bread making industry)
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in bread or confectionary industry
- Excellent organization skills
- Problem solving skills
- IT and numerical skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
