Details of Acamms lodge Job Positions 2019
Key Accountabilities
- Organizing, confirming, processing and conducting all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservation requests, changes and cancellations.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Answer telephone using appropriate etiquette.
Secure payments; verifying and adjusting billings. - Process all guest requests and relay massages.
- Printing contingency lists to have a record of all guests in case of emergency.
- Identify and explain room features to guests.
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operations and local areas of interest.
- Run and review daily reports/logs.
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers paid outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges and provide change.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Education and Experience
- Full Grade 12 certificate with credit or better in English and Mathematics
- Diploma in General Hospitality or Hotel management
- Experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Flexible regarding working hours.
