Necor Zambia Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the position of Training Camp Supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Minimum qualification of certificate in Agriculture.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience hands-on.
3. Proficient and good understanding of all fields such as;
   • Poultry
   • Piggery
   • Fish Farming
   • Farming Various Crops

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for keeping workers on task and ensuring all activities are properly done.
2. Undertaking practical activities like feeding the livestock or spraying fields.
3. Maintaining and monitoring quality of yield, whether livestock or crops.
4. Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets.
5. Having knowledge of pests/diseases and understanding how they spread as well as how to treat them.
