1. Assistant Accountant
Job Purpose:
Support the finance department and management by completing accounting tasks
Qualifications, education/knowledge/technical skills and experience
- full grade 12 certificate
- acca level 2/diploma (cima) zica licentiate
- fully registered member of zica
- candidates must possess high levels of integrity, accountability and honesty
- excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- ability to work in a fast environment and meet deadlines
- team player
- must be conversant with pastel sage
- must possess good excel skills
- two years’ experience in a similar role with traceable references.
- self-driven and motivated
2. Workshop Foreman
Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all auto electrical and mechanical maintenance and repairs of all vehicles.
Qualifications, education/knowledge/technical skills and experience
- full grade 12 certificate
- diploma in auto mechanic or better
- must have knowledge of purchasing and procurement functions.
- must have knowledge of stores and quality control.
- must be physically fit.
- ability to investigate, diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repair of all the vehicles.
- 10 years’ experience in a similar role with three traceable references.
- valid driver’s license.
- knowledge and experience in both electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
- membership of the engineering institution of Zambia (eiz)
- demonstrates ability to priorities tasks and understand impact of decisions
- strong interpersonal/communication skills
- demonstrates analytical approach to fault analysis
- demonstrates commitment to safety and quality workmanship
3. Accounts Clerk
Job Purpose
Under the direct supervision of the chief accountant Accountable for all data entry and accounts reconciliation. He /she will perform all clerical functions to support the daily activities of the finance department and management.
Qualifications, education/knowledge/technical skills and experience.
- Must be proficient in MS office with advances skill in excel
- Must be able to adapt to changing business needs and work responsibilities
- Must be a quick learner, honest and have the ability to handle monetary matters in a confidential manner.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping
- Has an analytical mind and pays attention to details?
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word a must
- Proficiency in Accounting Package will be an added advantage
- 2-year work experience.
