We are seeking for detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales agents to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in sharing information about our company and products. You will find new sales leads, deliver sales strategies, and sell company product.
Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- Make multiple outbound calls to potential customers
- Share information about company/products
- Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
- Facilitate future sales
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- Close sales and lead customer through purchasing process
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
Sales Agent Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be Lusaka Based
- Grade Twelve Certificate
- Ability to ride a loaded bicycle
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Customer focused to gain sales
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Comfortable talking to new people all day
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Sufficient verbal communication skills; able to demonstrate patience and enthusiasm while communicating with potential customers
- Ability to speak a local language
