Map, analyse, measure, improve and automate business processes to support the attainment of the Bank’s strategy.
Key Outputs & Responsibilities
- Process Mapping, analysis, and automation
- Bank-wide process re-engineering
- Establishing efficient and standardized processes
- Proactively identify initiatives to revise operational methods, alter workflows and automate processes
- Facilitate and support all required change processes and practices
- Provide documentation relating to the impact of all process changes
- Facilitate the development of Policy and Procedure manuals
- Develop inter-departmental Service Level Agreements and monitor adherence
- Plan and manage own workflow, anticipating obstacles and juggling priorities and following through on objectives within agreed timeframes and according to quality standards
Education Requirements
- Grade 12 School Certificate with 5 Credits including Mathematics and English
- Bachelors degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Banking/Management
Experience
- Process mapping and re-engineering and Business Analysis
- Prince2, CPPM, Six Sigma certifications an added advantage Experience
- Process Modelling Skills
- Presentation and Facilitation Skills – written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills
- Certifications an added advantage
