- Preparation of productivity reports
- Ensure labour is recruited in line with farm plan
- Ensure that tools and techniques are applied to deliver high quality
Minimum specifications / Requirements areas
- Diploma in Agriculture /Agricultural Development
- 3+ years’ experience agriculture. meat processing cycle knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good business acumen and agricultural expertise, with ability to anticipate: interpret and respond to changes impacting on functional area.
- Strong business skills
